These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, API, and related services provided by IP GeoTrace, a product of Devion Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement.

When you create an account or API key, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under them.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, attempt to access them using a method other than the interfaces we provide, or use them to violate the rights of others.

You may not use the Services to unlawfully track, surveil, or profile individuals, to circumvent usage limits or rate limits, or to resell raw resolver access without authorization. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that could cause harm to us or others.

Access to the API is subject to the quotas and rate limits associated with your plan. We may throttle, suspend, or reject requests that exceed those limits or that we reasonably believe to be abusive. Free and demo usage is provided on a best-effort basis and may be limited or changed at any time.

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and other content we provide, are owned by Devion Solutions or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a license to host, store, and process it solely to provide and improve the Services.

Some Services or plan tiers may require payment. Applicable fees, billing cycles, and terms are presented at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

IP geolocation and network data are estimates derived from third-party and proprietary datasets. We do not guarantee that results are accurate, complete, or current, and you should not rely on them as the sole basis for decisions that materially affect individuals.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devion Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
